Escalate know formerly as Ecometry powers our ecommerce engines and catalog distribution. OrderTrax is our in house operating system for powering our Direct Response clients. Both systems are highly scalable. All servers are redundant and backed up daily. We also run a Siemens Enterprise phone system to power our state of the art call center. If you ship 100 orders a day or 100,000 our systems are up for the task. 3PL has a very skilled task of IT professionals. We also run Taurus software for the client that needs extensive data mining. Taurus uses Hyperion to use pivot tables to be able to drill down to all of your data. We keep up with technology and deliver this to you the end user. 3PL also uses Security Metrics for the latest security measures dealing with PCI compliance.
